• Glorys Tomato Tartlets


    Yield: 6 portions

    • Ingredients
    • Store-bought tart shell
      1 ea.
    • Goat cheese, crumbled
      1 cup
    • Tarragon, chopped
      2 Tbsp. plus extra for garnish
    • NatureSweet Glorys tomatoes, halved,
      ½ pkg. seeds removed
    • Salt
      ½ tsp.
    • Ground black pepper
      ¼ tsp.
    • Extra-virgin olive oil
      ¼ cup


    1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
    2. Place your pre-made pie or tart dough into your tart pan.
    3. Spread bottom of pastry shell with goat cheese and sprinkle with tarragon.
    4. Cover with halved tomatoes, cut side up, arranging to cover the cheese as evenly as possible.
    5. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
    6. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. Watch carefully. When crust is golden and cheese is bubbly, remove. Garnish with remaining fresh tarragon. Slice in wedges and serve warm.
