This delicious Grape Ceviche uses fresh California grapes instead of raw fish. The crisp, juicy texture and delicate sweetness of the grapes works beautifully, and, it’s vegan! This refreshing grape ceviche is a great shared appetizer that everyone can enjoy.


  • 1 cup Red California grapes

  • 1 cup Green California grapes

  • 1 ea Fresh corn cob, grilled, shucked

  • 1 cup Red bell pepper, seeded, small dice

  • 1 ea Jalapeño pepper, seeded, brunioise

  • ½ cup Cilantro, chopped

  • 1 tsp Oregano, fresh, minced

  • ½ cup Lime juice

  • 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

  • ½ cup Red onion, brunoise

  • 1 ea Avocado, medium dice

  • Ingredients
  • 6 cups Tortilla chips


  • Slice grapes into rounds, ¼-inch thick.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and adjust seasoning.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
