Red Grape Lavender Soda
Yield: Four10-ounce Portions
Fresh grape juice with a hint of lavender soda is a refreshing beverage option. Omit the lavender for kids and add a splash of gin for the grownups.
Ingredients
- GRAPE BASE
1 cup Simple syrup
¼ cup Lime juice
1 Tbsp Honey
2 tsp Lime zest
1 tsp Lavender

1 cup Red grapes, halved
Directions
- For the grape base: Combine the grape base ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and chill. Puree the 4 cups of red grapes in a blender and then strain through a strainer.
- Add the grape juice to the base and stir to combine. Chill completely and strain into a container.
- For each drink: Pour 3 ounces of the chilled grape base into a chilled glass with ice and add 4 ounces club soda.
- Garnish with a few grapes halves.
