Sicilian Epilogue

From Greeks to Phoenicians, from Arabs to Normans to Spanish to French to modern-day tourists from all over the world, every culture it seems has left its mark on Sicily—or rather, Sicily has absorbed them all, and in the process developed a cuisine and a food culture of incredible richness, complexity, and appeal. And it’s a process that continues to evolve to this day.
