    • Ingredients
    • Mango, ripe, peeled, small dice
      ½ cup
    • Mango, med ripe, peeled, small diced
      ¼ cup
    • Red onions, small diced
      ¼ cup
    • Cilantro, chopped, divided
      2 Tbsp.
    • Cumin seeds, toasted, ground
      ½ - 1 tsp.
    • Chaat masala
      1-2 tsp.
    • Cayenne, a pinch
      1 each
    • Lime juice
      as needed
    • Salt
      as needed
    • Mango, green, peeled, sliced thin
      ½ cup


    1. Combine the diced mangos, red onions, 1 tablespoon of cilantro, cumin, chaat masala, cayenne, and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt.
    2. Place the puris on a plate. Place a sliced green mango on top. Add a little of the Mango Tamarind Chutney and Green Chili Chutneys.
    3. Top with a tablespoon of the diced mango mixture.
    4. Sprinkle with sev, a pinch of cayenne, and more cilantro if desired.
     Note: Puris are crispy semolina crackers, and sev are crispy chickpea noodles. Both can be found at Asian or Indian grocery stores.
