Mango Cutting Techniques

Step 1 - Locate the flat seed in the center of the mango.

Step 2 - Cut a sliver off the stem end to steady the mango.

Step 3 - Use a knife or peeler to remove the skin.


Step 4 - Cut the cheeks away from the flat side of the seed.

Step 5 - Cut the cheeks for the intended use, and trim the remaining fruit from around the seed.
