  • FAJITA MARINADE

    Ingredients

      Amount
    • Pineapple juice
      3 cups
    • Kikkoman Soy Sauce
      1 cup

    Method

    1. Combine the pineapple juice and soy sauce. 
     Note: Use ½ cup of marinade per 4 pounds of beef skirt steak. Grill beef, slice and serve with warm flour tortillas, pico de gallo and fajita garnishes.
