Arriba goes virtual! This must-attend event provides industry professionals opportunities to explore the different cuisines of Latin America. Previous conference programs were themed around the cuisine of el Norte (Northern Mexico), el Sur (Chile and Argentina), el Caribe (Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Cuba), and Oaxaca.

This year, Arriba is going virtual, celebrating the flavorful world of Latin American Street Food with a roster of renowned guest chefs demonstrating the techniques and ingredients to create authentic, innovative, and delicious street food.

Foodservice professionals will take home inspiration, culinary strategies, and recipes to help boost their bottom line. The conference offers three days of food and beverage presentations, interactive breakout sessions, culinary demonstrations and cook-alongs, panel discussions, and creativity sessions with a concentration on regional flavor profiles and cuisines.
