Wine Immersions

These popular intensives offer two different series of Professional Wine Studies courses back-to-back, condensing many years worth of wine knowledge into a single trip to the Napa Valley.

In the month-long Wine Immersion I, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the foundations of wine and the wine business. If professional certification is your objective, Wine Immersion I is a great way to prepare for the Certified Wine Professional™ (C.W.P.)–Foundation Level I exam. The six-week Wine Immersion II will deepen your knowledge of the wines of the world, from Europe to South America to Australia-giving you the knowledge you need to increase sales and profits at your place of business and position yourself for career advancement.
