Wine Immersions
If you want to advance your wine knowledge—and career—in the quickest and most efficient way possible, the CIA's Wine Immersions are for you. These popular intensives offer two different series of Professional Wine Studies courses back-to-back, condensing many years worth of wine knowledge into a single trip to the Napa Valley.
In the month-long Wine Immersion I, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the foundations of wine and the wine business. If professional certification is your objective, Wine Immersion I is a great way to prepare for the Certified Wine Professional™ (CWP)–Foundation Level I exam. The six-week Wine Immersion II will deepen your knowledge of the wines of the world, from Europe to South America to Australia-giving you the knowledge you need to increase sales and profits at your place of business and position yourself for career advancement.
