Wine Immersion

If you want to advance your wine knowledge – and career – in the quickest and most efficient way possible, consider attending one of the Wine Immersion programs at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, located in the heart of the Napa Valley.

The Wine Immersion programs allow you to progress through a series of classes designed to cover a complete range of topics in a condensed period of time.
