Wine Events at Greystone

Throughout the year, The Culinary Institute of America hosts a number of spectacular wine events at its Greystone campus in the heart of the Napa Valley. Proceeds from these events contribute to the CIA's scholarship fund for professional wine studies, as well as the development of food and wine programs on the Greystone campus. Both the Vintners Hall of Fame Gala Dinner and the Robert M. Parker, Jr. Annual Seminar and Tasting have become sought after tickets, so reserve spots early.

Recent Events:

Vintners Hall of Fame 2nd Annual Gala Induction Dinner
March 8, 2008

Each March the CIA holds a Gala Induction Dinner to welcome new members to the Vintners Hall of Fame, which celebrates the men and women who have been responsible for the growth and world-wide prestige of the California wine industry.

The evening showcases coveted wines, artfully prepared wine country cuisine and many of the wine industry's most noted personalities.

FINALLY, A HALL OF FAME - "The Napa Valley branch of The Culinary Institute of America is addressing a long and mysterious oversight, the lack of a California Wine Hall of Fame. It's creating just such a venue, to be the Vintners Hall of Fame on its Greystone campus at St. Helena." - Mike Dunne, Wine Editor, Sacramento Bee

Upcoming Events:

Robert M. Parker, Jr. 5th Annual Seminar & Tasting:
The 2005 Bordeuax Vintage

October 23, 2008
The Annual Robert M. Parker, Jr. Seminar and Tasting is a unique opportunity to spend an afternoon with Robert Parker, exploring some of the world's rarest and most interesting wines. This year's guided tasting, The 2005 Bordeaux Vintage, promises to be a once-in-a lifetime tasting and discussion of this remarkable vintage hand picked by Parker himself.

Past events such as California Cult Wines and Syrahs from around the World have sold out, so reserve your space early.
