Living in California wine country is an unforgettable experience, and our St. Helena, CA campus is convenient to the many treasures of the region.

Once accepted, incoming students may apply for Institute-owned housing at the Vineyard Lodge, approximately 3/4 mile from the Greystone campus in St. Helena, CA. This secured building includes 40 single- and double-occupancy rooms with private baths, common area, community kitchen and outdoor patio overlooking the vineyards of the Napa Valley.

Residence Hall Rates:

Guest House/Vineyard Lodge I:
  • Single Occupancy: $3,700
  • Double Occupancy: $2,940
Vineyard Lodge II:
  • Single, Private Bath: $4,215
  • Single, Shared Bath: $3,750
  • Double Occupancy: $3,350
  • Double- 4 sharing a bath: $2,745

All rooms subject to St. Helena Transient tax of 14%.

To be considered for on-campus housing, the CIA must receive your application and signed contract no later than six (6) weeks prior to your start date. Please download the information sheet (23 KB), application (14 KB) and contract (33 KB) and return to the Certificate Program Coordinator by fax at 707-967-2410 or mail to 2555 Main Street, St. Helena, CA 94574.
