Certified Culinary Sales Professional (CCSP) Program

- Convenient
multi-week "distance learning" segments accessed online 24 x 7; topics
include food and kitchen safety, equipment identification, culinary
fundamentals, product identification, food purchasing, and menu analysis
- A
term assignment/case study focusing on improving your business and
increasing your ROI
- Three
days spent at the CIA's Hyde
Park, NY campus, working
hands-on in our kitchens, discussing your case study, and enjoying—and
analyzing—dinner in one of our restaurants
- A
shadow experience of six to eight hours that will help you understand the
nuances of chefs, kitchens, and your customers
- The
expert support of your CCSP chef-instructor, who is easily reached throughout
the program via e-mail
A Powerful CIA Credential
Upon successful completion of this certification program, you will take
part in a graduation ceremony on campus and have the privilege of adding a
prestigious C.C.S.P. credential from The Culinary Institute of America to your
