• Chef Demonstrations at the CIA Custom Seminar

    Every year, chefs from leading foodservice and retail chains meet at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley for a custom seminar centered on U.S. Potatoes. As part of the seminar chefs are grouped into teams to engage in some friendly competition and creativity with potatoes. The result: a collection of menu ideas developed by some of the top minds in the foodservice industry.
