1. Cream the first two
ingredients together until smooth.

Add the egg yolks slowly and beat until fluffy. |

Whip the 3½ ounces of sugar and the 5 egg
whites to medium peaks, and then fold into the
above mixture. |

Combine the flour, peanut flour, and grated chocolate
and fold into the above mixture. |

Pour into a buttered and floured 10-inch cake
pan. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Set aside
to cool |

To make the glaze: dissolve the chopped chocolate
in the hot cream, and then add the Grand Marnier
and vanilla. |
| 7.
Glaze the cake; decorate with white chocolate
and cut into 12 pieces. |
