Motivate Your Staff Through Team Building at the CIA
At The Culinary Institute of America, we recognize the significance of a motivated staff. Our one-day, hands-on team- building programs reinforce camaraderie and communication skills in a fun and structured environment. We specialize in creating unique events that offer a rewarding and educational experience for industry and non-industry alike.
Each customized program is divided into different categories either by cuisine (regional Italian, classical French, Mediterranean, and Southeast Asian) or topic (dessert production, hors d'oeuvres production, and sandwich & salad production). In addition, programs include optional lectures (Food Affinities, Physiology of Taste, Balsamic Vinegar/Olive Oil, Cheese, and Artisan Bread), hands-on cooking, a tour of the school, and lunch or dinner. Individualized attention from the chef-instructor and team members makes for an enjoyable cooking experience in our well-equipped, professional kitchen.
Team building programs generally cater to groups no larger than 18, although double events are available and we will gladly accommodate groups of various sizes. As with all of our custom programs, hotel arrangements are made by our staff and transportation to and from the school is complimentary. |
