Take Your Customer Service Skills to New Heights

Learn the skills needed to make every flight an exceptional experience with The Culinary Institute of America's newly updated Exceptional In-Flight Service program.

During our three-day program you will expand your hands-on cooking ability and discover table and wine service techniques that are sure to impress your VIP clientele. Additional highlights of the program include:

  • Cheese & fruit platter and presentation

  • Product identification and knowledge

  • Plate & platter presentation

  • Holding and reheating food

  • Exceptional in-flight service

Other specialty topics such as preparing meals using a microwave and preparation of food in a small space will also be covered.
