Certified Culinary Sales Professional Program (CCSP)
To be their most effective, the people on your culinary
sales team need to be able to speak the same language as the chefs they
interact with. That's the focus of CCSP.
Anyone who has been in sales knows that it's all about
relationships. And your culinary salespeople can build strong ones with the
chefs, chef-operators, and culinary purchasers they call on, once they have an
experiential understanding of the professional kitchen. With the culinary sales
certification they'll receive upon successfully completing CCSP, your salespeople
will earn new respect from customers and enhance your company's reputation for
delivering expert solutions.
Through hands-on cooking in the CIA
kitchens, valuable trailing experiences, and distance learning, your sales team
will become immersed in all things culinary. In addition to knife skills and
cooking fundamentals, they'll also learn to find menu solutions, understand
labor and sanitation issues, apply the right products to the customer's needs,
and much more.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will
earn the Certified Culinary Sales Professional (C.C.S.P.) credential from the
CIA.
