Gallo's Getaway

When E. & J. Gallo Winery was looking for a memorable experience for its corporate retreat, the CIA fit the bill. In addition to introducing their newest wines to its sales team and discussing sales strategy, Gallo's agenda included lunch in St. Andrew's Café and a cooking demonstration by Chef Emeril Lagasse, who was on campus to deliver the commencement address to the newest CIA graduates.
