Creating Beautiful Cookbooks Together


CIA Consulting and Sodexo have been collaborating for several years to create a series of cookbooks as a holiday gift for the company's school services clients. Sodexo supplies the recipes, and the CIA's chef-consultants work with the Sodexo team to test and "consumerize" them. A food stylist and the CIA photographer step in to bring the recipes to life in full-color splendor before Sodexo takes the books into production.
