Exceptional In-Flight Service Program
Delivering consistent, top-notch service to discerning clients is an everyday challenge when you're a corporate or military flight attendant. Our Exceptional In-Flight Service training program will help you take your culinary and customer service skills to a new altitude.
In the five-day Exceptional In-Flight Service training program, participants will explore:
- The nine principles of remarkable table service
- Wine service, pairing, and tasting
- Knife skills, hands-on cooking techniques, and sanitation
- Techniques of healthy cooking
- Menu development
- Plate and platter presentation
- Specialty topics such as preparing meals using a microwave, holding and reheating foods, and guest/passenger relations
Students will also take a food-shopping excursion and dine in a CIA restaurant, getting the chance to observe the gold standard in food and service in action.
Tuition for Exceptional In-Flight Service is $2,500 per person and is nonrefundable. Each course is limited to 16 participants, so register today!
