The MenuMasters® Center for Menu Research and Development has established the CIA as an organization committed to menu R&D education. In conjunction with Ventura Foods and Nation's Restaurant News, this groundbreaking program provides food industry professionals with the career and organizational learning needed to create innovative items for menu and brand success.
Current consumer needs and the philosophy of working in a collaborative process provide the focus for the online program. The MenuMasters Center's broad curriculum caters to those involved in menu research & development including:
- Culinarians
- Food scientists
- Operations, sales and marketing executives
- Purchasing professionals
- Nutritionists
Inside the Center's web-accessed "creative classroom," featuring live interaction among students and faculty, participants take part in seven & eight week online courses designed to teach menu development strategy and tactics. The four classes available include:
