MOCHA CREAM
| Ingredients | Amount |
|---|---|
| Heavy Cream | 1 cup |
| Powdered sugar | ¼ cup |
| Brewed coffee, reduced to 2 T. | ½ cup |
| Baileys | 2 Tbsp. |
Method
Whip the cream in a large cold mixing bowl with a balloon whick until soft peaks form. Sift in the powdered sugar and whisk again until combined.
Drizzle in the reduced coffee and Bailey and whisk until soft peaks foram again.
Frost the cooled muffins.
