CANDIED GINGER OAT CRISPS

Ingredients Amount
Brown sugar, firmly packed, divided ½ cup
Flour 2 Tbsp.
Cinnamon 2 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Vanilla ¼ cup
Coconut, toasted ¼ cup
Candied ginger, minced ¼ cup
Walnuts, chopped ¼ cup
Butter, melted ¼ cup
Oats, cooked 1 cup

Method

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.

  3. Combine ingredients together and mix until well combined.

  4. Portion 1 Tbsp. each on the cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

  5. Let cool and store in air tight container.
