CANDIED GINGER OAT CRISPS
| Ingredients | Amount |
|---|---|
| Brown sugar, firmly packed, divided | ½ cup |
| Flour | 2 Tbsp. |
| Cinnamon | 2 tsp. |
| Salt | 1 tsp. |
| Vanilla | ¼ cup |
| Coconut, toasted | ¼ cup |
| Candied ginger, minced | ¼ cup |
| Walnuts, chopped | ¼ cup |
| Butter, melted | ¼ cup |
| Oats, cooked | 1 cup |
Method
Heat oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
Combine ingredients together and mix until well combined.
Portion 1 Tbsp. each on the cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool and store in air tight container.
