CHICKEN WINGS WITH THAI-INSPIRED COFFEE BARBECUE SAUCE
| Ingredients | Amount |

| Chicken wings, whole | 24 ea. |
| Thai-inspired coffee barbecue sauce | |
| Honey | ½ cup |
| Dark soy sauce | ½ tsp. |
| Fish sauce | 3 Tbsp. |
| Coffee, strongly brewed | 1 Tbsp. |
| Kaffir lime leaves, minced | 1 Tbsp. |
| Lime, juice of | 1 ea. |
| Lemongrass, grated | 1 tsp. |
| Lime rind grated | 1 ea. |
| Sweet red chili sauce | 2 tsp. |
| Garlic, minced | 2 cloves |
| Coriander seeds, ground | ½ Tbsp. |
| Cilantro, fresh | ½ bunch |
Method
Mix the ingredients together and marinate the wings and rest overnight.
Preheat oven to 375°F for 15 minutes.
Once the oven is heated, bake the wings for at least 15 minutes on each side. The wings should be lacquered red.
Serve wings hot with fresh cilantro sprigs.
