Ingredients

Red wine vinegar, good quality
1/4 C
Extra virgin olive oil 1/4 C
Meat glaze 1/4 C
Italian parsley, chopped 1/3 C
Garlic cloves, minced 3 ea
Shallots, minced 1 medium
Oregano, chopped fresh 2 Tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red pepper flakes 3/4 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Method

1. Combine all the ingredients and let sit at room temperature for at least 1/2 hour to allow the flavors to develop. Serve with grilled New York strip, hanger steak or rib eye.
