According to recent consumer research, consumers are showing a strong interest in seafood with a clear preference for wild, natural & sustainable Alaska seafood. 76% of restaurant consumers said they prefer wild, natural, ocean-caught seafood. |

| Seeing the Alaska Seafood logo on a menu also had a positive effect: 84% of consumers surveyed said that one simple addition – the Alaska Seafood logo – increased the likelihood of ordering seafood (Source: The Hale Group, 2008). |
