The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute's (ASMI) marketing office is located in Seattle, Washington, and the administrative office is located in Juneau, Alaska.
The Foodservice Program is designed to help commercial and non-commerical operators source, handle, menu, and promote wild Alaska seafood. Please contact the Seattle office for educational materials including: species identification, handling and quality information, fact sheets, and training videos. POS materials for Alaska seafood promotions are also available as well as recipe books developed for chefs.
