"After earning my bachelor's degree in food science, I had the option of going to grad school to learn more about the technical side of food development or to the CIA to study culinary arts. I chose the ACAP, and I'm so glad I did. I truly believe that I have an edge over seasoned food scientists because of my culinary skills. And I've noticed that you gain a certain respect when people know you have a Culinary Institute of America education." - Diana Lee, Savory Flavor Technician, Firmenich, Plainsboro, NJ
