Financial Aid and Scholarships
Qualified students enrolling in The Culinary Institute of
America's Accelerated Culinary Arts Certificate Program can apply for the
Federal Stafford Loan and the Unsubsidized Federal Stafford Loan. Parents of
dependent students may apply for the Federal PLUS.
The financial aid application process is administered by The
Culinary Institute of America's Financial Aid Office in Hyde
Park, NY. Interested applicants

Scholarships
Any member of the ACAP Deans Advisory Committee
can nominate a program applicant for a $2,000 merit-based scholarship by
writing a letter of recommendation for them. For a full listing of the Deans on

Vi Endowed Scholarship
The Vi Endowed Scholarship (formerly the Classic Residence by Hyatt Endowed Scholarship) in the amount of $5,000 is available to graduates of accredited undergraduate nutrition, dietetics, food science, or hospitality programs. CIA at Greystone admissions staff and faculty will review eligible candidates, identified during the admissions process, by August 1. Selection is based on academic records, extracurricular activities, and the personal essay submitted with the program admission application. Final selection will be made in consultation with Vi and the scholarship will be awarded before the recipient's second term. |
