The Culinary Institute of America is currently accepting advertisements for our Professional Development and Food Enthusiasts course catalogs.
When you advertise with the CIA, your products and services will be showcased in a publication that directly reaches your target audience and allows your organization the unique opportunity to align with The Culinary Institute of America, the world's premier culinary college.
- Distributed quarterly, the Professional Development catalog reaches more than 25,000 foodservice professionals across the country, including food and beverage managers and chefs from country clubs, hotels and resorts, contract foodservice, large chains, independents, and educational institutions.
- The Adult Education catalog is printed bi-annually and reaches more than 15,000 food enthusiasts nationwide. The course participants are luxury consumers; they are serious about cooking, have a strong interest in relearning the art and science of cooking, and will spend money on lasting, high-quality products.

Material:
- All ads are printed in black and white
- Document must be created in QuarkXPress for Macintosh
- Provide all fonts and supporting artwork. Artwork file formats must be EPS, TIFF, and/or JPEG
- All line art must be 600 DPI
- Photographs must be 300 DPI
- Submit files on Macintosh formatted floppies, CDS or 100MB Zips
- A printout of the ad must accompany artwork
Miscellaneous:
- Publisher has the right to accept, reject, or edit any advertisement not in keeping with the publication's standards.
- Advertising cancellations are not accepted unless received in writing 30 days prior to space closing.
- All confirmed advertisements, which are not used, will be charged to the advertiser.
- Production work (i.e.: typesetting, separations, etc.) done by the CIA will be charged to advertisers.
- Publisher has the right to hold the advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to the publisher for advertising which the advertiser or its agent ordered and for which advertising was published.
- Advertiser is liable for all contents in advertisement.
- Advertiser is responsible for any claims of any kind based on contents of advertisements.
