Miso Vinaigrette

Ingredients Amounts
Red miso ½ cup
Rice wine vinegar ½ cup
Honey 4 oz.
Light soy sauce 1 oz.
Peanut oil ½ cup
Garlic, roughly chopped ½ tsp.
Ginger, roughly chopped 1 tsp.
Sesame oil (Kadoya brand) 2 oz.

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
