Miso Vinaigrette

| Rice wine vinegar | ½ cup |
| Honey | 4 oz. |
| Light soy sauce | 1 oz. |
| Peanut oil | ½ cup |
| Garlic, roughly chopped | ½ tsp. |
| Ginger, roughly chopped | 1 tsp. |
| Sesame oil (Kadoya brand) | 2 oz. |
Method
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary.
